Computer won't boot and no BIOS

Hello

For some reason all of a sudden my computer stopped working. I tur
the power switch on and the fans run, HDD light flickers as well a
the CD ROM drives (but the HDD stays on for a few minutes then goe
off). But the machine doesn't even get to a BIOS and the power LED i
not on. This worked a couple of days ago. A note however, I notice
the machine was rebooting on it's own. Then the other day, it got
blue screen of death about a driver. I suspected the ethernet card.
turned the machine off and now it won't boot. It seems there's powe
coming to it but nothing else. Any one have any clues ??

1. Try clearing the CMOS Battery to reset BIOS.
2. Try new power supply.
3. Replace motherboard.
