Computer will not stay turned off!!!

Hi,
Help needed please. When I try to turn my computer off, it restarts
itself. I go to START, then to TURN OFF COMPUTER, it goes through the mode
of shutting down, saying Saving settings etc. it then shuts down, but
immediately re-starts itself. How can I fix this. Thanks
 
Hi thanks for the info, will have to try and find out why now. Once again,
your help appreciated.
