Computer Shuts down every 14 days

I am running a Windows 2000 server SP4 and every two
weeks, on a regular basis, the server restarts. It
happens every second Monday at 3:55 AM when nobody is in
the office. I already scanned for viruses using Norton
Antivirus software.
The event log does not indicate anything right prior to
the restart. Usually the last entry before the restart is
something like 3 hours earlier and is usually just a
database cleanup.

Would appreciate any help on this matter. Thanks

Have you checked to make sure that there is not any
scheduled restart in the scheduler? Also, with some virus
updates that are installed the system needs to be
restarted to allow the update to be implemented. Could it
be an update to the virus signiture that is scheduled for
that time. Check your scheduler to see what may be
happening at that time.
