You have the blaster worm. Go to an uninfected PC, go to Symantec's web
site and download to a floppy their fix: fixblast.exe, and write-protect
the floppy. Then go to Microsoft's web site and download the patch to
another floppy: blastpatch.exe and make that floppy write-protected.
Take the floppies to your PC:
1. If your PC is connected to a network or cable/dsl modem, disconnect it
2. Boot to Safe Mode
3. Shut off System Restore
4. Insert the floppy with fixblast.exe on it and run that program, then
remove the floppy
5. Reboot to Normal mode
6. Insert the floppy with blastpatch.exe on it and run that program,
then remove the floppy
7. Turn System Restore back on
8. Reboot and voila, you're running again
9. Install a good antivirus program
10. Reconnect to your network if you disconnected in step 1
11. Download current virus definitions
