Computer screen problem

I was surfing the internet, when all of a sudden, my computer screen flips upside down. I have tried to fix the problem, but am unable to get the screen back to its normal position. If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it

What do you mean? Your desktop icons are upside down? Your task bar?
LOL, I learn so much in here.
 
Try adjust the colors on screen Change from High Colors to True Colors.

Maybe this will help.
