computer runs in safe mode, icon is big and blurry

my computer seems running in safe mode now every time i log in after i ran a
old window version game CD, icon is big and blurry. HOw can i recover that ?

Hi,

Change your screen resolution. Right click in a blank area, choose
personalize. Click on Display Settings, then increase the resolution.
