computer running very slow/ runtime error 5 at 00404270

recently my computer got infected with TroganBookmarkB. I deleted the virus and Nortin can no longer detect a virus but links are still being added to my favorites and my home page is being changed. Also, my CPU is running at 100% because of a file named SQRNS.exe, this file name, however, changes everytime I restart my PC. What's going on!!!
