computer restarts 5 min after shutdown

Hi, I have a problem since I installed Windows XP a few
days ago. About five minutes after I have shut the
computer down it just restarts. How can this be? Never
had this problem before... I would be really greatful for
some help on this. thanks!

Backup the days say about on the 11th or 12th - 13th to

as you, there are also some people in there who have a fix
