Computer Restarting

Hey, every time i quit any game my computer restarts
itself, lately it hasn't even let me into the game,
restarting after the level loads. Ive had the same thing
out of game a few times. Sometimes before it restarts i
see a blue screen with white writing on it but i dont
have anough time to make out what it says.
 
When was the last time you ran your anti-virus software on the machine?
Have you checked it with any of the free Trojan-detecting programs like
AdAware? Sounds like you've got some serious issues, but need to make sure
the system is clean before digging into other areas.
 
Try updating your Anti-virus and scanning your computer, a virus might be causing the problems. Also, download Ad-aware (you can get it from www.download.com) and scan your computer with it, to eliminate other malicious files. If that doesn't help, it's time to format your hard drive and re-install Windows.
