Computer Restart after resuming of Stand By

My two compaq labtops restart after resuming of Stand By this only happened after installing SP1a
When I put them in Stand By it goes to Stnad By (Screen goes black etc etc.) But after resuming of Stand By they just restart.

Do you get a send error report dialog box after your laptops restart?
If so a minidump was created at c:\windows\minidump. If you send me the
contents of that folder at (e-mail address removed) I will hopefully be able to
determine what is causing your laptops to reboot and suggest a fix.

No I don't get any Error Repoting Dialog Box or any Error in the event viewer (I Know because there wasn't any other error registered in the event viewer for the same day)
 
same here...

i have the same exact problem. however mine didnt start till one day i....

well i put my laptop into standby so it didnt use the hdd. then i took out the hdd while it was still in stand by. then when i put it back in and resumed, the screen stayed black and then the compute restarted. no warning, no error, nothing. its been doing it ever sence, every time i put it into standby.


why?
