When I play a CD it will play for a while, half a song, and then it reboots
the computer. It will continue to trigger the reboot every few seconds until
I get the CD out. Any Ideas?

My first guess would be hardware fault.

However, capture and research the error please. Here's how.

Disable Auto-Reboot on Error:

I turned off the auto restart, but no-go.
It still rebooted, but never gave me the blue screen. It just goes to the
starting system info monochrome screen, gets about 5 seconds into it, then
reboots again, and again.

That's not a good sign. Hardware failure, perhaps a short of some type, is
likely the cause. If you're capable of working on your PC then start by
checking cables, get them away from the motherboard in all areas except
where they're not connected to the motherboard or a board itself. If you
need to then use PLASTIC wire ties to keep them away - if you have rails
that's a good spot to wire them. Continued usage of your PC could result in
shock, fire, or damage beyond repair (should such have not happened already)
to your hardware and if you're not comfortable checking these things out
consider a PC repair specialist.
