If your computer reboots suddenly, while you`re using it, what could be
causing it? Is it the motherboard, or fans overheating or what is your
opinion just what is the remedy for this? And the mouse arrow will
freeze, although it is plugged in good. Could the same thing be causing
both problems? Thanks in advance.

Hi

Have a look in the Event Viewer for any 'Errors'.

If you don't see any error messages, right click on My Computer, select
Properties and then the Advanced tab. Click on Settings under Startup and
Recovery and disable 'Automatically restart'. Next time your PC reboots,
you should see a Blue Screen. Could you please post the Stop Code that
accompanies that BSOD back here? With that your problem could be isolated.

you can always turn off auto restart in system properties, advanced tab, startup section.

It's usually a hardware problem, and the most likely supects are
overheating, bad RAM, or flaky power supply.

But you are presumably blue-screening, and you are set to reboot whenever
that happens. Right-click My Computer, and choose Properties. On the
Advanced tab, click Settings under Startup and Recovery. Under System
failure, uncheck the box "Automatically restart.

Now when the problem occurs again, instead of restarting, you will get the
blue screen with diagnostic information. Post back with those details for
more help.
