Computer Processor Unit values?

In my "System" information on the "General" tab I find my CPU values shown
as follows:

eMachines T2825
AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2800+
2.09 GHz, 448 MB of RAM

Is there another way I can check my CPU values in Windows, or by using a
small program of some sort?

What is your concern? The numbers reported there for the CPU and
RAM should be correct, and there's no need to doublecheck them.

If you're concerned that you bought a machine with 512MB of RAM,
but the report only shows 448, that's almost certainly because
instead of a separate video card, you have onboard video on the
motherboard, and it uses 64MB of your system RAM.

Or if you thought your Athlon 2800 should be running at 2.8GHz,
be aware that "2800" is just a model number, not its speed. AMD
Claims that it's equal to an Intel 2.8MHz chip, even though its
clock speed is less.

By the way, these numbers are not generally termed "CPU Values."
