computer problem

I have all the sudden not been able to post to a board that I post on all the time for the past couple years. The website has said it is not a problem on their end...I even tried to start a new account with them, and the new username is unable to post also. I can't even send the board mediator a email...it is sent returned. Could somebody possibly have blocked my computer capabilities on this particular web page...someone has also told me something about my "cookies"..

Cookies may have an impact on this. Manage them via Control
Panel|INTERNET OPTIONS|PRIVACY. Some sites require that Cookies be accepted.
