It's most likely restarting due to a stop error.

This isn't helpful because it doesn't tell us what the problem is.

What you'll need to do to stop it from rebooting and display an error
message is to go to
-> System (either in Control Panel or right click my computer and go to
Properties).
--> click the Advanced tab.
---> click Settings under Startup and Recovery
----> then uncheck Automatically restart

Next time it reboots you should get an error flash up on the screen telling
you what caused it. Usually it will have a file listed, something with 'nv'
or 'ati' points to the graphics drivers. So you'll want to update those if
that's the case.

If you're not sure post back with details of the error message and someone
will be able to point you in the right direction.

In addition to what Paul offered, you could go into Control
Panel/Administrative Tools/Event Viewer and click on Application in the left
pane. This will reveal events in the right pane where you can look for
yellow triangles with exclamation points or red circles with white X's in
them. These are errors, and can be right-click and then Properties select
to see a portion of the message. These can lead to the area of the problem.
