It sounds like the problem is that there is no image on the monitor.
If the computer is a laptop you need to get it to a local repairer.
If it is not a laptop, make sure the monitor and computer are plugged in to
the mains, switched on and that there is a light to show that they are on.
I know this sounds basic but believe it or not I have been called (and
called out) to a computer that just was not switched on.
If you have (or have access to) another monitor connect it to the computer.
If that works, the problem is with the monitor which you need to replace.
If that doesn't work the problem is likely to be with the graphics card and
you need to get the computer to a local repair.
