Computer not seen

I have three computers connected to my DSL router (ALL
XP); I have enabled remote desktop on all and it works
fine on two, but the third one is not recognized (when I
try to log one, neither of the other pc's can see the new
one). I am stuck on my troubleshooting. Can anyone help?

1. Doublecheck the IP Address
2. Check to see if the Internet Connection Firewall is enabled on the
thrird machine...
