Lately i have been, making adjustments in an area where
maybe, i shoud not tread.
For example, i have made myself an Administrator three
times over, also a limited acct. as well.
also, i included all of the groups in my resume in one of
my Administrative acct. Then things went downhill.

So, i have changed this and my computer seems to be
running very very nice. i have two Administrators and
one Limited acct.

I am the only person that uses my home pc.

So when it comes to other groups, such as, Backup
operators, power users, help services, support services,
Should i just leave them alone, put my name on them, set
a password, or just enable them.

I think you've answered your own question: what is to be gained, when it is
working fine without MY Devine intervention

If you use ASR or EFS, you may want to add yourself to the Backup Operators
group. I did that two years ago on my system "just in case." Have the same
setup up as you: single user with an everyday admin account and limited
user in addition to the builtin admin account.

If you check in Help and Support, there are a few scenarios where the
Backup Operator account could be very handy. I've never had to use it but
it's one of those things that you want in place before it would be needed.
