WHEN I TURN ON MY COMPUTER ANS TRY TO ACCESS AOL, MY
COMPUTER LOCKS UP AND I HAVE TO SHUT IT DOWN. SOMETIMES I
HAVE TO DO THIS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE AOL CAN BE ACCESSED.
SAME THING HAPPENS IF I START MY COMPUTER AND RETRIEVE A
FILE FROM MS WORD OR MS SPREADSHEET AND TRY TO PRINT THE
DOCUMENT. COMPUTER LOCKS UP AND MUST BE MANUALLY SHUT
DOWN BY SHUTTING OFF THE POWER. NONE OF THE CANCEL
BUTTONS WORK. AFTER ONE OR TWO RESTARTS EVERYTHING WORKS
PROPERLY. I RE-INSTALLED THE AOL PROGRAM AND THIS DID NOT
SOLVE THE PROBLEM. ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS????

THANKS

Greetings --

First of all, please unstick your CapsLock key. Posting in all
caps, as you have done, is the Usenet equivalent of shouting, and is
considered very rude. More importantly, posting in all caps makes the
post very hard to read, further reducing your chances of getting help.

I'm afraid you'll need to contact AOL's tech support for resolution
of problems with (or caused by) their product; Microsoft has no
control over AOL's product quality (or lack thereof).
