Computer Keeps Restarting

Hello,

About once a day or every other day I am having a problem
with my cpu restarting. When it tries to restart it will
stall and I have to throw the switch in the back. Finally
when it comes back up it gives me an error message about
Windows\Minidump\Mini100504-01dmp and also an error about
an .xml file.

I get the same error message every time it reboots. I
have tried going to My Computer, Properties, Advanced
Settings and Change the Virtual Memory. I set the paging
file to 0 and then did a reboot. I then set the paging
file to system managed. It says minimum is 2MB,
recommened is 334 and currently allocated is 335.

If anyone can help me from preventing this error from
reoccuring I would appreciate it.

If you are using Internet Explorer then clean out the
C:\Windows\Prefetch Folder. And, if you havent done this already rt
click on MyComputer>select Properties>Advanced>Startup and
Recovery-Settings>uncheck Automatically Restart box.

What does the Prefetch Folder do? I have some items in
there. Also, wouldn't it harm my system if I turn off the
automatically restart?
