Computer keeps restarting

Ok, so here's my problem.

I've recently decided to reinstall windows xp on my computer. So I made
a backup of all important files that I have.

Then I formated partition D. Everything was ok.

Next thing I restarted my pc and put in cd-rom windows xp cd and got to
the windows instalation screen but it wouldn't let me install them
because harddrive couldn't be found(?). And it also said that there's
maybe a problem with the floppy and it would be best to remove it.
(something like that, i'm not sure)

So then I went to BIOS and I changed some settings. I set CD/DVD to
primary master (before it was auto i think) and I disabled floppy.

Then I restarted my computer and it got to the boot screen where you
can enter bios and you can see if the ram is ok...

But now I'm stuck there. It won't go any further and I can't even enter
bios anymore. When I press F2 it only writes something like "go->bios"
and then computer restarts.

Can I make this work again? I just hope I didn't do anything fatal

Someone help me please, I'm kinda new around computers.

ps: sorry for my english

Go back into the BIOS and enable the floppy drive. Since you didn't quote
the error message regarding the drive, I can't help you with that. As for
the error about not finding the hard drive, do you have an SATA drive? If
yes, then during the very early stages of XP's install you need to press F6
when prompted. Have the SATA drivers on a floppy.

I can't get back to bios. That's the problem.

Some more info about my pc config:

Celeron 2.8GHz
512MB DDR
120GB SATA/150 HDD (DiamondMax Plus)
1 DVD-R DL

You'll need to clear the cmos to get into the bios settings.

???? Totally wrong. The OP needs to enter the BIOS the same way he got there
in the first place. It is possible that - if he doesn't remember what he
did when he tinkered - he will need to reset to Default values, but this
has nothing to do with clearing CMOS.

Then Blair's answer is correct - my apologies to him/her since I saw his/her
post before this latest one of yours. You will need to reset the BIOS to
factory condition. This is usually done by removing the motherboard battery
or switching some jumpers on the board. You would need to refer to your
motherboard manual to see how to do it.

If you can't figure this out, take the machine to a professional computer
repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA) and have them fix it
for you.

There is a BIOS jumper on my Intel mobo D845GBVL, that
forces the BIOS to open. See the mobo manual for your
board.

Racunalnik je do oktobra v garanciji, a to samo v primeru ce nimaš
vecjega nestrokovnega posega. Pusti vse te cudne izjave in si preberi
in naredi. Tudi jaz sem predlagal odklepanje telefonov prek centrifuge
in marsikdo bi to naredil, ker mu je vselej nekdo predlagal.

Za tvojo plato je:
http://www.asrock.com/support/SATARAIDDriver.html

Tukaj pa gonilnik ce delaš v RAID-u.
SATA RAID Driver (For system to read from floppy diskette during
Windows installation)
http://download.asrock.com/drivers/VIA/SATA/Floppy_IVE10.zip

Ce tega noceš RAID v biosu izklopi in to bo to. Potem pa navodila in
ne unicuj z neznanjem, ampak glede na poznanstva informatikov, ki jih
naokoli poznaš jih vprašaj in naj ti pomagajo. Ceneje bo.
