Control panel>system icon>advanced tab,under startup and
recovery click on the settings button,under system
failure uncheck "automatically restart"
You might want to open your event viewer to see what the
error was that caused the reboot.
It is quite possible that you have the MSBlaster worm. That is
definitely one of the signs of this worm. Check www.symantec.com for
the fixblast.exe file to clean your system.
