I got over the ms blaster worm issue (removed it by
Symantec blaster removal tool), but one thing is still
strange:

When I connect, computer immediately starts sending large
ammounts of data (I could see it in the connection
status). This goes on and on, as long as I'm on line (10s
of gigabytes are being sent). Coud anyone tell me what is
going on?

Go to www.sysinternals.com and download their free TCPView
Run it and it will tell you what ports are open to the internet, the
application that's using the port and the IP address/remote host name.
It might give a clue.

Sorry, they also have a piece of software called TDIMon that monitors TCP
and UDP traffic. A lot of data is logged but it's useful.
