I am trying to get acquainted with PC games starting with the Demo Version
of Collin McRae 3. As a first step, I am using only the keyboard for Inputs,
even though my Logitech Gamepad is recognized as an alternate Input Device.
Being new, I perhaps tend to accelerate the vehicle too much while wanting
to keep to track by turning a little bit to left or right. But the vehicle
crashes and comes to a stop.

The PROBLEM is that after the crash, the computer system hangs up and I
cannot get back to re-start afresh, except by doing a Control Alt Delete
operation.

Could any experienced Player advise if I need to select any particular
Settings Option so as to be able to recover without having to re-start the
Computer?

Thanks.

We posted several replies to you in response to your extensive questions about
gamepads several weeks ago. I wonder if you saw that information and if you
found it useful. Your feedback is always appreciated by those who post here. :-)
