investigate the matter by using the many tools that your computer has. event
viewer, help and support, microsoft web site etc etc.
you can find out what causes the freeze and work from there. to just say
that your computer is freezing doesn't mean a thing to anybody. start with
the help and support centre and try finding the 'file signature
verification' tool.
this should help you start to diagnose your problem.
remember that the help and support has a search facility.
