Computer Freezing

I have XP Pro and my computer just randomly freezes up
for no reason. It tends to happen more frequently during
java process's such as yahoo games. I am wondering if it
might be video card or monitor related since both are new.
Help!!!

I'm no expert but it seems that outdated drivers tend to

do this. note: you say that your video card is new?theres
no telling how long it was sitting on the shelf,go to the
mfg.web site and check for the latest drivers
