computer freezes

My computer freezes up on me when I am on the internet or
just turn on computer to do some typing and playing games.

What can I do to fix this problem.

Computer Freezes can be caused by hardware problems and overheating.
Make sure all your fans are running and the
inside of the case is cleaned out. Use a Air Duster. Also, check your
CPU temps. Download Motherboard Monitor
