Computer Freezes when on the Internet

Empty your cache and see if that helps, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
 
Hi,
I have had this problem for awhile and nothing seems to fix it.
When i am on the internet after around 10 minutes or so my computer freezes
and nothing will get it going again so i have to restart.
Apart from this random freezing if before it happens i either go to run the
WIndows scan for updates or attach something to an email it also freezes.
Anyone know why this could be happening and how i fix it?

There have been many suggestions that this problem may be related to
the driver for the computer's video card. And a first step might be
to check for an update video driver from the manufacturer of the
computer, especially if the machine was pre-Windows XP.

I'm pretty sure it's not my parents as I don't live with them. Thanks for
the advice though, i will try the other two things are see how i go!
