computer falls out when I save a movie to my computer

Each time when I save a movie to my computer (as a wmv-file), my computers
falls out after some minutes. I tried out all of the solutions, but nothings
works. My computer works normally for all of my other programs, except for
Movie Maker. Who can help me?

Is it a complex project?

JPEGs, MPEGs, MP3s can sometimes cause
issues. Converting to .bmp, wmv, and wmv may
make a difference.

How much RAM do you have?

What % of free space on your hard drive?

Do you do regular maintenance? Disk Cleanup,
Error Checking, Defrag?
