everything is normal on startup ... everything is loading
normally and then when my desktop should appear.I only see
a black screen and my monitor shuts off.The only thing I
can do now is open windows in "safe mode" and so I can't
install any anti-virus programs ore something else I have
actually not a clue what to do.

This sounds like a hardware issue if the monitor is physically shutting off.
You might check your monitor on a different computer or a different monitor
on your computer to see if you have the same problem. If another monitor
attached to your system has the same problem, it might be a cabling issue,
it might some problem with your graphics card but you would really need to
have it checked out by a technician.

If you don't have this problem with a different monitor and your current
monitor exhibits the same behavior on another system, it sounds as though
the monitor is going bad and needs to be replaced.

I Don't think this is the solution or the answer of my
problem...

because my monitor is working fine when i'm working in
safe mode.

I apologize, I missed the part about Safe Mode in your original post. When
in Safe Mode, try using System Restore to take you back to a time prior to
when this began. If Safe Mode doesn't start by taking you to System Restore
or offering the option to immediately go to System Restore, when in Safe
Mode, go to Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore. If
that fails to resolve it, try reinstalling the drivers for your graphics
card and/or check the card manufacturer's website for the latest drivers.
