computer doesnt show up in My Network Places

I installed a new Dell Poweredge 2650 server with Windows
2000 Server SP3 on an existing Domain. I can ping it, I
can attach to the shares, but I can't see it in My
Network Places under the Domain name, but I can see all
my other servers. I installed a Dell Optiplex with
Windows 2000 Server SP3 and it shows up just fine. Any
ideas?
