Computer crashing / rebooting

My computer (emachine T2341) is a few months old and I am
running XP, Zone Alarm, & Norton. No viruses are showing
up, I even did the Blaster check from Norton's web site.
However, I have a bad symptom, it will spontaneously stop
and reboot w/out warning. After rebooting, I get
the "Windows has recovered from a serious error" This has
been happening on and off for a couple weeks. Any ideas
on what is wrong or what I can do to prevent this from
happening?
 
Get rid of zone alarm completely!!! I had several
problems with it and had to take it in and get the whole
OS reloaded.
