I need help, and nobody at Microsoft can seem to or want to assist me. My PC
crashed and is in the shop for repair. How can I access my Outlook Mail
Account/Folders... from another PC?

Thanks

Assuming you are working with a POP3/IMAP account, you will need to copy the
*.PST file(s) off the broken computer to your good one. Since you didn't
mention what operating system you where using, I can give you a rough idea
on where to look under Windows 2000/XP.

\documents and settings\<userid>\local settings\application
data\microsoft\outlook

and/or

\documents and settings\<userid>\application data\microsoft\outlook

If you back the *.PST file(s) to a CD, make sure you don't burn the CD at
anything faster than 4x. Take CD to new computer and copy the *.PST file
back to the hard drive (e.g. My Documents). Make sure the read-only
attribute is removed. Configure Outlook to connect to your ISP and to get
at the old PST files, use File > Open > Outlook Data File (or Personal
Folders depending on version of Outlook in use).

You cannot, just as you cannot access any other data files that are located
on the PC in the repair shop.
Unless of course you have a backup of data you can access, in your current
location
