computer crashed after downloading the graphic "MyWaySearch"

After I downloaded the graphics "MyWaySearch" my computer
blacked out and restarted. Microsoft problem solver
suggested it might be the driver.
What must I do about this so it will not happen again?
Have I contaminated my computer.

you got one of these Best search engines that dumps you into a porn site?
