Check your connection from you monitor to the video card.
It's possible as well that your video card may need to be
reseated. To do that, open your case (power off) pull
out the video card and reseat it back into the slot.

If that doesn't work, try downloading the latest drivers for the video
card from the video card manufacturer's web site.
