computer crash

every now and again my computer restarts for no reason a
blue screen comes up with a load of writing on it but it
goes off before i get chance to raed it please help me
why my computer keeps crashing

Please visit link three in my signature to learn how to post to newsgroups
properly and effectively. Properly punctuated, syntaxed and capitalised
sentences would be a good place to start. Posting without any regard to
punctuation is almost as bad as posting in all caps.
