Lost works word processor after running restore and rein-
stalling WindowsXP.Ended up with something called Wordpad
that is unsatisfactory. Do I have to repurchase to restore
Works Processor?

You can reinstall Microsoft Works from the Works CD, if you have one. If
not, you'll have to buy one.
