Computer AutoRestart

Hi,

I have a problem with my computer. I am connected to Internet via a 56 SpeakerPhone Modem (dialup).
Every time I connect my computer to the Internet, after 5 or 6 minutes a message appears saying:

"This shutdown was initiated by NT Authority System.
Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) terminated unexpectedly."

Can You please help how to solve this?

The first and last links are to copies of scripts that will disinfect your
machine, the last one being zipped.

To stay on-line long enough to get the necessary updates, patches,
and removal tools, click Start > Run, and enter "shutdown -a" when the
next RPC countdown begins. This will abort the shut down. Also, make
sure you've enabled a firewall before starting, to preclude any more
intrusions while getting the updates/patches/tools.
