computer automatically remembers my email and password

Currently, my computer automatically remembers my email
log-in information. (For example, when I go to a site
that I frequently visit and enter the first letter of my
log-in ID, the system automatically fills in the rest of
my ID and then fills in my password also.) What can I do
to have it NOT remember my ID and password?

Have you tried
tools..internet options...content
Click on auto complete then click
clear forms and clear passwords

Also clear cookies and temp internet files just to be sure
tools..internet options..
click delete cookies and delete files

Sorry just realized I didn't completely address your
question. What I posted was to clear your passwords and
forms but you need to uncheck the options to turn it off
so it does not continue to do it.

tools..internet options...content...
Click autocomplete and uncheck the box next to
"user names and passwords on forms"
