Hi
Is the remote computer name specific to that computer or can other
computers have the same name like on a network or something
Thanks
Paul M

Each computer must have a unique name and network address.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

Usually the remote computer name is a domain name, but it can also be the
name of a computer on a network. They should be unique and duplicate
computer names on a network are often warned about the duplication when they
connect to a network. If two computers have the same name on the network
they should still have seperate IP addresses and these IP addresses can be
used instead.

Hope this helps,
