There are few tools around that query lastLogon attribute on all DC's to get
the right value when the user/computer last logged on to the network. I have
one such tool. You can download it from http://www.ladava.com/faq/uploads/ADInactiveObjects.zip
You need .NET framework to run this tool (available from Windows Update).

Probably yes, but you will have to use netdom and nltest from NT4 resource
kit, as the ones from Windows 2000 don't have the right switches, but I must
admit I have never tried that script.
