Computer Account Authentication Problem

We currently have an NT Domain and an AD domain.

There's a trust between the two domains and we were all
set to start migrating onto the new AD.

While testing we tried to add a computer to the AD and the
computer adds just fine. But after the computer is added
when it logs into the AD they are locked out. They do not
run the script and cannot browse either domain. Erorrs
range from "No RPC server available" to "The redirector
was unable to initialize security context or query context
attributes. "

I've searched and searched on the KB and haven't found
anything, it talks about alot of DNS issues so we've
disabled DNS and even tried removing TCP/IP from the
client (using IPX) and still the same thing.

Any help would be appreciated.

AD relies on dns for name resolution and many other
service request. Ad actually searches the DNS for service
records. so, disabling the DNS won't resolve the problem.
Instead you can have a look at how to create a trust
between Windows NT domain and Windows 2000 domain at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;306733&Product=win2000. Some mistakes might have
occurred while creating trusts or some steps may have
skipped.
Wish you luck in resolving your issue.
