Compression tools

Dear all,

Is there a way on Windows 2000 pro to get similar Zip folder's as part of
the system by getting some windows tips or patch ?

Sure there are some tools on the market , but I was thining if for instance
the XP zip folder function could be part of 2000 as well ?

I gues no hope?

If not does anyone knows a good simple and leight tools that can be use with
rightclick on a folder to compress it right away
