Compression for wav files

Is there a means to compression wav files for a Windows Mobile applicaiton?
I don't need high resolution sound files.

There are many desktop applications which will compress your audio files for
you. Adobe Audition (formerly CoolEdit Pro) is one of them. If you're
looking for a solution that can be run on a Windows Mobile, AFAIK you're out
of luck.
