Compressing Pictures in Word 2003

Dear All

I've heard that it is possible to compress pictures that are included within a word document using Word 2003

Could someone please tell me how

Office 2003 & Windows XP Pro (SP-1)
 
Right-click on your image, click "Show Picture Toolbar", about right-middle
of the toolbar (just past the "lines") is an icon that says "Compress
Pictures".
