I used to have the option, when right-clicking on a file, to send the file
to a compressed folder - to zip it up. That option has disappeared for an
unknown reason; how do I restore it? The only options I have are physical
drive destinations, My Documents and email recipients.

can anyone help?

Cheers
Andy
