component "OLE Dialog Interfaces" missing on evaluation edition.

I have just installed the Windows embedded service pack 2.0 evaluation
edition but
when i search for the "OLE Dialog Interfaces" component it is not to
be found.
Did i miss something or is this not part of the evaluation edition?

Did you set the visiblity level to 100?

Tools->Options->Advanced
