"Complie error in hidden module: AutoEexecNew"?

When I launch Excel I get an error msg "Complie error in hidden module:
AutoEexecNew" and when I close Excel msg is "Complie Error in hidden module :
DistMon"
Anybody can help getting rid of these... I uninsatlled office and installed
again... removed all ad-ins but this does not go away.

You probably have an older version of Adobe Acrobat that is not
compatible with whatever version of Office/Excel you have. See
