Complex recurring appointments

I have searched and cannot find a solution to this.

RE: Outlook 2003, Calendar, odd recurring patterns for appointments.

I am trying to create a pattern in which complex annual dates are chosen -
example, the last full weekend in March, or the first Saturday following the
first Monday of Feb. Is there a way to pick an annual date, but make the
calendar entry as "relative to" the chosen date? Like - I can pick the
correct first part of the rule (first Monday of a month) - but cant figure
out how to make the calendar entry only show the second part (first Sat
following the first Mon).

Outlook can't do this. You need a third party tool like this:
