I am trying to completely uninstall Outlook from a
machine. It is a shared machine with 2 different user
(network) profiles. I have uninstalled and reinstalled,
but it still retains the profiles from the previous
installation.

I need to completely delete all previous settings for
outlook, but how?

control panel, mail... delete the accounts.

outlook stores some files locally you should delete or move:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
